Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders of $100 or more.
  • Orders up to $50: A flat shipping fee of $5 applies.
  • Orders between $50.01 and $99.99: A flat shipping rate of $10 is charged.

All shipping fees are calculated based on the total before tax.

Shipping Service

  • We use Standard Shipping services for all orders.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your purchase right to your doorstep.

Refund Policy

Cautiva Boutique Return and Exchange Policy

At Cautiva Boutique, we pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of the day the order is received. 

Please note, certain items are subject to restrictions, as detailed below.

Return Policy (Online Purchases):

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns, including any additional costs for delivering the new product to its final destination.
  • All items must be unworn, in new condition, and must include all original packaging, tags, and labels.
  • All items will be thoroughly inspected before return processing.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on specific merchandise, as detailed below:

Refunds:

  • No cash refunds will be issued. A store credit will be granted, which can be used within the next 30 business days and will automatically expire afterward.

Authorized Return Process:

  1. Obtain an approved return notification from the store.
  2. Pack and seal the merchandise securely in an approved package.
  3. Prepare your shipping label to: Cautiva Boutique 
  4. Attach the shipping label to the package and send it.
  5. Once we receive the package, it will be inspected, and if everything is in compliance, we will issue the credit/exchange as described above.
